Re: Flydoor 6 v Flydoor 4 and 5

Yes. That is my thoughts also. The 4 is a great board. I do get little spray from the nose that I believe was addressed in the 5 but not a big issue. I just like to keep abreast of the tech changes but unfortunately as I have discovered not all of these changes are improvements. The marketing looks ...

Re: Flydoor 6 v Flydoor 4 and 5

Appreciate the comments. Yes the centreline has jabbed me a few times. I just feel the new 6 would not pull upwind like the 4 without that centre fin.

Re: Cab Contra 2018 15m, do I need XXL bar to get quick turning?

I like to use my 60cm cab bar for my 15, 17 and 19 Contras. For the 15m it works great. My 15m Contra is my fav kite behind my 12m Switchblade.

Re: Gopro line mounts. Camrig vs beastmount

I just threw my camrig in the trash after having my lines wrap around it for a third time. The safety risk + the pain in the ass of getting it on and off with the little rubber things makes it not worth it to me for a "real" session. Might be fine if all you do is cruise around or never crash your ...

Flydoor 6 v Flydoor 4 and 5

Having owned a Flydoor 4 160 and loving its great light wind capability I would like any feedback form those that have used the new Flydoor 6 and can offer up some comparisons. With the new fin configuration in the Flydoor 6 how does this compare with the 4 and its centre fin that pulled massively u...

Re: Any place to buy a sand anchor that's safe?

www.beachhook.com

I bought this one from NZ as there were no decent ones on AUS. It works very well. The auger holds in the sand well. I had to adjust connections a little as i have Fireball not a chicken loop. Definitely get this one.
