10m Psycho2, a legend is born!

This might, no let me correct, it does sound very pretentious. But this my first impression. Last year the first Psycho 9.5m was a great kite already. Sadly though only for people who liked foils and didn't mind some of the punishment it could dish out when you underswung it or the wind got too gust...

Got my Psycho2s

Can you believe it, got my new Psycho2s and the first to use one was a friend of mine. He was out on a 13m Fuel 2004 and then grabbed my 10m Psycho2 (I didn't put on my wetsuit as I thought I just play around on the beach with it). Looking at him riding it I was laughing to myself. The kite seemed a...

as some of you guys noticed, selflanding works best on the factory setting or towards WAC+ and Full-Brake. If you ride mainly on WAC- and Tip-Brake you can adjust the braketension on the leash to give it less pull when letting go. On the old flysurfers there was no adjustability on the WAC system or...

I have flown all of their kites since they have started and the new Vodoos and Spirits are superb but the Psycho2 is the baby that we have all been waiting for. I can't believe how calm armin talks about North copying the old warrior and renaming it the Husky. If it was my company I would really be ...

I think Armin@flysurfer does the right thing by giving the new Psycho2 17m a bit more of the old MastAir profile and thus increase the lower end of the kite. I definitely think the 17m will have more usable power than the old 12m MastAir, relaunch and turn a hell of a lot better, nevermind the jumpi...

Please take the above statement and possible answer to the Frenzies stability problems with a pinch of salt. It was meant to be humorous. It was only meant as a reply to the posting of one Frenzy flyer who is obviously displeased with his Frenzies stability. I think prices in the States are a little...

The jumping technique of the Psycho2 is similar to the Psycho1 but you don't have to worry anymore if you steer it too far back. This one will always come back, no more problems with redirecting in mid air. Because of the faster turning you go higher but still as floaty. Jumping is a real doddle and...

The problem with the Frenzies is that they are basically about two years behind in their development compared to Flysurfer. Mind you they always have to wait until Flysurfer brings out a new kite and then try and nick bits and ideas of it. When Flysurfer launched their first Psycho they encountered ...

The Psycho2 is an awesome kite alround. I had the pleasure of using a Proto for 3weeks in Brasil. The wind wasn't very gusty in general but when I could get a feel for its behaviour. I am used to flying foils but even if I weren't I would have to say that this is the most stable foil I have ever com...

Solution to Frenzy2004 stability problems

To cure the instability of the 2004 Frenzy follow the steps below: 1. Sell your Frenzy! 2. Buy yourself a Flysurfer Voodoo or Spirit! 3. Enjoy more power, faster turning, lots more stability! 4. Venture out on the water too, because now you can! 5. Write to your favourite Mag. and ask them why they ...
