Another possibility is something called a Heli-Coil (screw thread insert). I have used these on a number of occasions. Basically, you drill the hole out just slightly larger than the existing screw, tap the hole with the provided tap, and insert the Heli-Coil. This will allow you to continue to use ...

I have both the 2007 16 M Rhino and an 07 12 M Rebel. I'm 5'10" and 180 lbs and I am able to get the Rhino up in the air and going on a 6'2" squashtail in just about 10 - 11 mph wind. Thanks for all the feedback!

I'm just getting started kiting this year, but I come from a background of racing sailboats and windsurfing. Lots of good info on this forum and evidently a ton of people willing to share their thoughts and experiences as well.
