Re: Bandit 3 11m Vs. Waiman Boss 12m (2010)

Am amazed you dont like the Boss 12m, after 10 yrs kiting and 13 different kites, I have found them and it to be my most favourite. Are you sure you rigged it right, as it's got great low end, big high end, boosts off the chart and can be made to turn really slow or fast. On top of that it's quick t...

Re: Liquid Force Golf Bag

I have the Mystic Golf bag which is 140cm, takes my 135, 12 and 9m kites, bars, pump, harness and wetsuit etc and never given me a problem at check in over the last 3/4 yrs. Some actual golf bags from golf shops can work, I used one 5/6 yrs ago with a 120cm board. Go in a golf shop with a measure to...

Re: The real old school!

Fantastic, takes me back to '99/2000 Wipika free air, then went to Naish R3 2 line, put boots on my feet in 2001 after watching Lou! Those were the days, you knew you were at the cutting edge of an extreme sport, empty beaches, all helping each other work it out, no magazines or schools to learn fro...

Re: The Eddy Lansink Extreme high jump!

i think people are missing the point. Regardless of how windy it was or wasn't the jump is massively impressive and actually if it was less than 44 knots then it's even more impressive!!

full respect for landing it and keeping composure through all that hangtime.

Re: Wainman blunt?

I ride the 135 Blunt at 84kg, it great from 15mph to so far upto gusts of 45 mph with the 12, 9 and 6.5 rabbitts. Go for the bigger board as you get all the advantages but no disadvantages as it edges well. Don't let the width worry you. I used to ride 130 brunotti and a 132 nobile but the blunt is ...

Re: wainman gypsy lowend

I am 85kg and have been riding the 3 rabbits for 9 months, I use the 12 from about 15 to 25 mph although it can handle more, the 9 from 20 to 30-35 mph although again i've had it cope with over 40 and the 6.5 gypsy i get out if its gusting or blowing 30+ when i turn up, the 9 and 6.5 do have slightl...

Re: Wainman Blunts!!!!!

I ride the 135 blunt and it's simply the best board i've ever ridden! Same with the rabbits, you will not regret them, great fun, great tunability I love them all but the Smoke is definitely something special! :thumb:
