Can someone give me the rundown on the pros/cons of the different fin configurations? (2015 5 fin)
What about aftermarket fins of different sizes?
Is there a good fin setup for light wind? Or, replacement fins for light wind?

bullshit...done it myself. Get some air under the leading edge, then hold it back from launching by pulling back lines, water drains as kite is slowly allowed to lift from the water. To answer your original question, use a sandbag to hold the folded over tip down for launching. Wont need to be too big for that sized kite.

And expect a learning curve...It is different and you will have a few lessons to learn.

I don't have a Speed5, but I would suggest the 21m is better for heavier riders. If you are average weight, the 18m will likely be just that bit more fun to fly, while the bottom end you might lose vs. the 21m will be negligible. You probably should be thinking of coming in if you are kiting in wind...
