I am 210 lbs. I tried a drop 130 yesterday. well powered, lots of chops and waves. It was brief and the straps were small for me (really impossible to hold anything then). Read again above about lessons and all. With a lesson you also get to learn what is actually an 8, 12 or 16m2. And why do you need to rush?

Very interesting comment from powerkiteaddict.

One more question: How is it that (at least in europe) the vast majority of the brands can sell their kites just at the same price? (2% difference maybe?). Is there some secret international kite price agreement?
