Havoc 12m extension lines for light/gusty wind?

hello, anyone already tried to put extension lines on the havoc 3 2009 for sizes bigger than 10? the 10sqm works perfect out of the bag; the 12sqm seems to need longer lines than 22m...i have 3m extensions that i will attach additionally on the kite side....should improve lowend and handling in gust...

jeah, had some nasty crashes

coming down on your back from 20 feet hurts much more if you have some speed additionally to your coming down acceleration; i now use a helmet and- keep the mouth open to help the air get out of your lungs :-) a old trick from my frontlooping-windsurfing days..

airpass

for me airpass is the move to start with; 313; kitelooop handlepass; l3 is much more tough to stick; use a small kite; well powered so that you can send the kite from 11 to !2! quickly; now you have enough time to do the pass; you will do a light slam after this because of lack of hangtime from send...

140 wlf

i have the 140wlf; there could be something that might help ja- put the kite a bit more above u than used- i use it with my slingshot machine 20.5- and point the tip of the board a few degrees more upwind than you are used to- even if you are "sliding" a bit sideways- with this technique it is easy ...

experience with my machine 20.5

hi, i own my machine now for one year; the bag ist bullshit; also the long battens- but do not be scared, the kite can be wrapped easily in a 140cm bag with all other kites.. but now the positive sides: relaunch very easy, one pump works with no problems, really good quality; very light due to the f...

Liquid Force Recoil 133

Hi to everyone, received my recoil some days ago; interestíng how they constructed the flex pattern- the middle section of the board ( i own the 133*40cm) is relatively thick with bottom concave- this results in a very stiff section between the footpads; to the tips this is reduced into "tors...

durability

is not a question of core weight! cheap molded core (hopefully not inside my ordered recoil) doesnt improve durability....we will see....my homemade double vacuum sandwich baked carbon/glass custom with 5 layers on the bottum and 4-12 layers on the upside/folded rail doesn´t weight more than...
