Actually I feel the opposite. Have both, industrial General Electric lab vac pump, scored for 50$. And a mid size fridge compressor for more $$. Using only a fridge compressor b/c it is extremely quiet and can run non stop pulling the vac continuously. Both have term protection, which's a bugger som...

You guys are kidding, right? It is not about making a vacuum, but maintaining it for many hours. The fast epoxy is a bugger to work with for foil wings. I ruined complete mast with mid fast epoxy, luckily saved the core. Ask yourself how much carbon etc costs and how much is a fridge compressor (whi...
