Hi This days everyone with a bit of effort can make a bar from parts available cheap as chips. Got 3-4 bars, using them all. Not a single one was more than $100 or way less. The bar itself is cheaper than the lines. But then there are very good and cheap lines on the market, depending on high or low...

Nah,

See the problem, I was never ever able to do that anyway.

But, u right, slightly less as far in injured one. Does not bother me.

Ha ha

Absolutely no physio for me. No ice, cast, nothing. Can't see any difference in my good/bad ankle.

But, almost died of thrombosis, and my kidneys failed after 3 weeks on blood thinners ;)

Everyone is different indeed.

Well, talus is a bugger. Not much blood to heal that.

If they were unsure, this is a worry. Stay off for at least 6 mnts man...

Really depends what's and how broken. My talus dome was almost split in half. xray did not show, went home with a sprain by doctors :( No cast, nothing. 3 months later and the MRI showed it. In that 3 months was already doing small jumps with a TT. Caraful but did not know was broken, right?! So, it...

The "box" HF is around for decades ;)

Wakeboarders used it with aluminium foil, circular shape if remember well.
