Re: waves in maui

I will be heading there in late August with the family. What is the average wind blowing there at that time of year? Was thinking of bringing a 10 and 12mt or just hire some gear. Not interested in the waves as we have nothing like that here in Nth Queensland, so I would take some punishment if I hi...

Re: 2015 North Evo vs 2014 Evo

Catchsomeair has a really good review on the 2014 Evo for those that are interested.
I find he does non bias reviews on North kites :thumb:

Re: Red, Dundee or Monk

Yep Oldnbroken it is a no BS review.
Nothing worse than buying something that does not do what it is designed to do and I would be the first to rubbish it.
What Mike and Mark say is absolutely what this board does, if not more!
Bloody love it :D

Re: Red, Dundee or Monk

Well I have had 8 hours on the water with the Monk teamed up with the 10mt a Fuse in all different wind conditions 15-25+. This thing is a absolute weapon......no spray, super super fast, pleasure to ride in chop, cruises well, even pops OK , very soft on landing big jumps, pads are super comfy, ver...

Re: North Fuse 9m

Not sure about the bars as I have only used the North quad bar. If you are going to use this kite between 18-25 I would go a 10mt but if you want to use it up to 30 go the 9mt. There is a really good review on the 2013 Fuse on the catchsomeair site. It is right on the money! Ask around about the bar...

Re: North Fuse 9m

Can't comment on the 9mt. But have a 2013 10mt and 12mt. Before that I had 2011 models. Pretty much the same and if anything I found the 2013 models have a little less grunt but really the difference is very minimal. 2013 models :thumb: What is your weight and the average wind conditions you get whe...
