Pansh shipping time to the states

Bought a 15m Aurora 2 and got the shipment email from them on March 2nd saying it was 4-7 days. I did not believe that email, but it's March 26th today. I emailed them a week ago to inquire, and only got the auto response saying 'we will respond to you soon.' I'm in zero hurry to fly a foil kite as ...

Re: Hot launch techinque with inflatable

oh he's doing a reverse launch. Just remember some kites love reverse launching others don't. It's possible you have a kite that doesn't like a reverse launch. The easiest way to reverse launch is not to pull both lines equally, but to pull one line a little bit more than the other. So for instance...

Hot launch techinque with inflatable

As I've progressed into lighter winds when it's blowing 10-12 knots I don't bother with the side self launch anymore b/c it ends up being a hot launch anyway. I've never had a problem at all, but today it was blowing 13knots and I could not side launch due to the current and short beach and people. ...

Re: Mast length and boosting

Hmmm, not sure it always is like that  Peter, I jump all the time and here is my take on the issue, and I do ride alot in nasty chop and 20+ knots. First, not many people jump in 20+ knots nor do they venture out in those conditions. Even then, you are not keeled over that hard as you navigat...

Re: Mast length and boosting

I love boosting! I just rode my race wing in 24 knots tonight in flatwater on a 12m kite lmfao!!!! Got some sick air. Jumping between a mast length of 100 vs 110 cm will not make much difference at all....a race wing will help you b/c you can immediately increase your speed which puts that much more...

Re: Most scary wipe out experience

Brutal situation and that moment of fear when the foil is coming at your head is like a nightmare....I had a line wrap around my stabilizer trying gybes in very light wind so I was lucky. Also due to the unstable nature of going downwind doing this move, I immediately decided to learn tacks first an...

Re: More tacking questions

Thanks guys we got a nice south smooth wind tomorrow and I can work on it. I'll keep the kite high, lean, and try a small pump and see what works best. I'm getting close to tacking with a water touchdown, regardless I'm seeing the light and getting excited. Twin tip doesn't even enter my mind right ...

Re: More tacking questions

Just move your foot back to near (in front of) the back strap. You can put it in later. CG +1. This is what I do. I step my back foot on top of the front screw for the back foot strap. I actually ride like this until I go for a jump and then quickly jam my foot in the strap then send it. If ...

Re: Does the core bar unwind your center line twists?

Yes. Just like Flysurfer bar it does ato-untwist the depower lines. If it didn't feauture turn-to-release, high-Y, $700 price tag and modular lines it would be a great bar. Forgive me b/c I've had a long week.....does the bar just untwist the depower rope or does it untwist the center lines as well...

Does the core bar unwind your center line twists?

Core had a demo in the no wind zone here today, god bless them, lol. Rode a 12m xr5 in 16-18knots on my hydrofoil and then on the twintip, barely able to stay upwind on the TT but that's typically here as the current is brutal. Got some nice frontrolls on the kite tho in those conditions. Overall, t...
