Re: Boosting -- bar motion and sheeting

I like it when I'm over powered on my kite and I can jump, land and in about 10 meters I'm going fast enough to do another big jump. I have a Switch Nitro 14m and a Switch Legacy 12m and I find I have to be a bit more careful with the Nitro not to pull in too much as I carve up wind before the jump....

Re: Choosing an Impact vest ?

Thanks rynhardt, I like the look of the "liquidforce supreme impact vest" more but hoping for some opinions from people who've had a good crash in impact vests and what the results were? Re: Are Switch kites getting any better?

Hi Felix, I'd be interested to see how the "Element"-"v6" handles, supposedly it is not a light bar pressure kite which surprises me after you have returned to using pulleys. It's a kite that looks very much in a different DNA genepool than all the other Elements(no Bill Hansen, different aspect rat...

Re: Looking for specs for DIY build

Nice project... Years ago I had similar issues producing very accurate unusual shapes too. However I got into 3D printing as a hobby and now have a fair bit of experience designing and 3D printing. I've done kiteboard fins like this and also surfski fins, I'd be very interested in the different tech...
