New Cabrinha kite, new bar style for me...fireball

I saw someone with a fireball on their cabrinha setup.

I think i like that but was wondering where the industry is going with the fireball.

Comments?

Cabrinha bars

I am at a juncture where I can switch cabrinha bars. I have always had the 1x recoil style bars, one is fixed and one is adjustable.

Currently they have the modular models.

Also can anyone comment the trimlite vs the recoil?
Thx

2016 switchblade sprint valve thingy delaminated

A corner of this thing came up and deflated the main bladder. Having trouble finding a replacement bladder. Any ideas? Can this be fixed instead?

Re: Wind conditions dictating board length?

I think most folks wont do the math and .the 7m is the smallest i have, and if i need something smaller i am sitting that session out. One of those days it ramped up to 35+ and it was a pain in the ass to rig the kite, and so on. And i just bailed.. Rule of thumb: small board + small kite when wind ...

Re: Wind conditions dictating board length?

Today in the OBX, the wind is 22-27. I have my small quiver of boards 155 lightwave, 148 Spectrum, 137 Ace. Looks kinda choppy out there right now. Is there a rule of thumb for selecting the board by wind conditions?? Rule of thumb: small board + small kite when wind is nuking; big board + big kite...

Re: Foiling lessons: Ouch

Thanks everyone!. Real is $500 for 3 hours, KHK is $300. for two. I have the slingshot flight school with the different masts, but only brought the 15" this trip. The wind today and tomorrow is in the 7-9m kite range and I will prolly have to wait to go out alone at Salvo or KOA or bite the bullet......
