Which foil kite for light wind foiling

After years of Kiting with inflatables and really loving them I am now realising that a foil kite is definitely the way to go for foiling in less than 10mph. As a relative newcomer to foil kites , what would people recommend for an 80kg Foiler. I'm assuming that I need something relatively easy to r...

Re: Gybes while up on the Foil

Thanks everyone for the great feedback.
I was initially interested in when and how people do the foot change and manage to keep the foil flying but it's good to hear people's love of carving without a foot change .

Ps I'm also from a windsurfing / no strapped kite surf board back ground :-)

Re: Gybes while up on the Foil

Cheers Peter, I think everyone has a point at which the foot switch feels more natural for them, maybe yours will just take a little longer for consistent gybes. Hi salvino, my local spots are very similar to yours and the wind direction and speeds vary daily. I will take your advice and do more and...

Re: Gybes while up on the Foil

Yep I've seen those videos and they're really good , although the water state is pretty flat which is something we don't get around here.

What about the average Foiler , how long has it taken you to Gybe ?

Gybes while up on the Foil

Hi Guys, so I've been foiling now for a few months although probably only once a fortnight at most due to work . Most of my local conditions are either chop or swell or both. I'm up and running ( strapless ) and gaining confidence on every outing. Yesterday I tried gybes whilst up on the foil as the...

Re: Any 2017 rumors for light weight kites?

I see that F One have brought out a kite called the Breeze which is advertised as a lightweight light wind kite.
I haven't seen any reviews as yet.
It probably won't be my thing as it has 3 pulleys either side !

Re: Foiling in waves

I wander what kites they're using as it looks pretty windy.
Also does anyone know whereabouts in the South of France this is ?

Cheers D
