Re: F one Bandit 9m 2018 V’s 2017

Ianw, had any more time on the 9m? It sounds like it more aggressive like the B8 was? Unfortunately not I hope my 12m review helped http://www.kiteforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=2397813&p=992550. As I said the bar pressure felt higher with the 12m than the 9m which gave it that aggressive yet controlled...

I pump my Bandit to 8 psi max.
From the B7,B8, B9 B10 & B11 kite manuals quote "Recommended pressure : 10 PSI" unquote. The centre strut needs to be totally inflated no wrinkles.

Re: F one Bandit 12m 2018 V's 2017 review

So it has an extra pulley, 6 totals? I wonder if this is just to improve the 1 line flagging or why they needed it. I thought the previous version the LE was already pretty thin, kite still felt rigid and stable? Maybe on high end for bigger guy would be an issue? Maybe they used new dacron? No clu...

F one Bandit 12m 2018 V's 2017 review

Me- 75 kg, Style – Freeride/wave Conditions – wind 12 – 17 knots, no depower, riding TT, bar set at 52 cm. See my previous 9m B11 review. http://www.kiteforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=2397765&p=991657 The extra bar pressure is more apparent on the 12m than the 9m, this IMO gives the kite:- better low end...

Re: Kite description V’s style usage

Following on the NKB example, yes there is quite a lot of overlap between those kites (in the order Neo-Dice-Evo-Rebel). If you were unable to test the kite for whatever reason, I still think you'd have a good shot at finding the right kite based on the descriptions given and the tool on the website...

Re: Kite description V’s style usage

I don't think many riders want to go through a complicated algorithm to choose between an 8m Neo or a 9m Dice for an exact set of conditions (which will probably change). Most people serious riders know their kites well enough to pick the right for the conditions. And the kite sizes are usually 2 o...

Kite description V’s style usage

When buying a new kite or comparing similar kites of different brands, unless you are lucky enough to have a local kite shop where you can try out the different kites, in most cases this is not possible. In my experience you end up speaking to mates about which kites they like and looking at differe...

Re: F-One 2018

... performance attributes of the Dice, Evo & Neo rolled into one kite... Sorry but having ridden all of those there are unique things about all those kites that doesn't help performance in other aspects. To have something that works super well for freestyle you give up surf ability. To make it as ...

Re: F-One 2018

All the inflatable SUP boards have the same spring loaded valve system. If it works for them with pressures up to 15 to 20 psi v's 10 psi for the Bandit then I can't see why it won't work. Also at last a brand manufacturer has taken the initiative to standardise the inflation valve system.
