Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

@Foilholio. The Lift 130 is roughly 838 cm2 based on a google conversion. My board is a Kanaha Shapes 110. It's super light, has little to no floatation and a dream to ride. I don't have a scale but the whole set up is super light. Using the 11m took little effort. When the wind dropped to sub-8 I h...

Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

I've read a lot of theories the 11m potentially isn't a good option like the smaller sizes. Of course I still bought one and finally used it yesterday. I'm 77kg with modest foiling skills. I forgot my larger board and surf wing so I rode a lift 130 on a 110cm pocket board. My lines were 22m. Winds r...

Re: Help sourcing stainless steel O-rings

Thanks Everyone. I went to the source at SK Shapes. I wanted what they use on their bars. He actually has these and other spare parts so it was easy. Thanks.

Hi: I'm about to order the 108 split and I'm wondering if anyone out there has purchased from this vendor? They are asking for the money up front and the turn around is ~1 month. It's a little over $1300 shipped to the US so I'm just doing a little recon as I know I will never see this money again i...

Help sourcing stainless steel O-rings

Hi. I've been looking for the right size O-ring and can't find it. It's for a homemade bar. It's about the size of a quarter and needs to have the strength to be load bearing. I believe it's 3/16 internal diameter. I'm looking for the size BRM uses on their bar. Another great example is SK Shapes ba...

Tiny o-rings on flysurfer lines

Hi. I'm looking for a US source for stainless o-rings on flysurfer lines. Any idea on what size they are for searching and/or a source in the US? I'm splicing some lines and want to add this dimension. Thank you.

Re: Newind Foilboards 2019

The ads worked and I inquired. The 108 split is $1226 USD and $100 to ship to US. I love the idea of a small split and the cost, while expensive, seems appropriate considering the offering.

Re: Help with new kites

Kristan, please take your negativity elsewhere. I've watched every video and ready every post on the Soul 5x before spending a fortune on a quiver and the points you make are new to me. This thread has really valuable information in it on solo landing. Thank you to the more experienced posters and k...
