Inland Greece spots.

Hi everyone. I plan to travel to Greece around middle of September. I will stay inland so no islands for me. Where are good kitespots (I only know for Lefkada and Patra) for foiling and twintip riding? Is middle of September too late for Greece? Thanks.

Re: Light wind kite advice

I sold my freerace board in last moment and switched to foil. That type of board is good for practicing some basic surfboard skills. Also could be the way towards foiling. If you are not interested in foiling go for big twintip. If you would like to ride foil in future find some directional light wi...

Re: looking for a new Lightwind tubekite Help!

I just started foiling with gong strutless 10 m. It’s punchy and very light. Stays in the air from 5-6 knots. I was able to ride with 30 m lines on 6-8 knots day no problem. I’m 73 kg on freeride wing. Even if you drop this kite you can reverse relaunch. Really happy with this kite. Top end for me i...

Re: switch kite alternatives

Gong is made from the same materials you would expect to see on any other kite brand. Very good build quality and amazing costumer service. I own strutless model and I’m super happy with it.

Re: Strutless Gong Kite Reviews?

I tested low end of my 10 m strutless V3. I’m 73 kg rider with freeride foil. I’m total beginner practicing my turns since I’m able to ride constantly. First of all, kite flies really good. With little bit of moving stays in the air in 5 knots. Especially with 10 m line extensions, they help a lot. ...

Re: Strutless Gong Kite Reviews?

Received my Gong Strutless V3 size 10 m couple of days ago. From first look I can say the build quality is very good. Kite is made of materials that you will expect to see on any premium brand. Bag is comfortable and thick padded but I miss one or two small pockets inside or outside of the bag. Bar ...

Re: Strutless Gong Kite Reviews?

Hi Nayy, Thanks for the review. Nice to hear that kite is stable in lulls. I'm on the almost same number of sessions as you are, was on the winter break and will start foiling in one month again. Can you comment on the fluttering in the transitions? I have similar wind conditions in my home spot, j...

Re: Strutless Gong Kite Reviews?

Hi Nayy, what do you think, for the 75 kg rider is 12 too much for foiling? I got some recommendations to take 10. I plan to use it from 7 - 12 knots. Thanks today I flew my strutless 12 V2 after 5 months of winter sleep on short lines 24m with my f-one IC6 foil... I foiled from 14-16u wind was bet...
