Re: New aquatik single skin by Conceptair

Best wave kite on the market for hydrofoil. How does it compare with the Wave though? Other than the noise and vibrations difference, I’m not clear why someone would prefer the Firefly to the Wave. Different kites. The FF is a single skin/hybrid. It is very similar to the Peak 4 and weighs the same...

Re: Diversity in the Kiteboarding community

Please Toby, lock this thread. I concur. Before posting I never expected there to be people in our community who would become so enraged by a simple question about diversity. It demonstrates an even greater need for kiteboarding to become more diverse and tolerant. You are an idiot if you think acc...

Re: Diversity in the Kiteboarding community

I think we should be focused on getting more woman into the sport( all races of course)....lol I actualy see the original posters idea...I am a lifelong skier and they have programs to get kids from diverse backgrounds and economic situations out on the slopes..I think thats a great idea for kids w...

Re: Diversity in the Kiteboarding community

It was a genuine question on how we can be more inclusive. Our community can and should be more inclusive towards people with different backgrounds in my opinion. The reactions to my post display intolerance towards this even being an issue. The reactions are not intolerance. We just see this for w...

Obvious troll is obvious...that or his white guilt is so strong he's not thinking right. I guess if that's the case you could riot and loot until you got your way...seems to be socially acceptable now. Either way this kind of topic doesn't belong on this forum.
I agree.

Re: Armstrong Foil is junk

I actually hate posting here because I think it best if the thread went away in case someone just saw the title and came to a false conclusion. However, I just have to note that the OP broke 2 LIft 200's. Lift did have some QA problems in the past, but their 200 wings are more recently produced. I h...

Ok, i dont break alot of stuff, just 2 lift 200 wings and bent 2 or 3 aluminum masts.Maybe im a lillte bigger than the taranaki and raglan boys, riding powered up,strapless so no real jumping,if I hit bottom ,i would expect some damage,on outside of wing but all damage is inside...ARMSTRONG AMBASSADO...

Re: Armstrong Foil is junk

I think this is a design flaw. The tapered fit works the same way as a Tuttle box, but a Tuttle box screws in so that the taper is always under compression, keeping it tight even if a bit worn. F-one’s foil system works the same way, the front wing mounts on a tapered mandrel, but the screw goes th...
