Re: Liquid Force compatible surf foil wing

:D I have been riding some of LFs new wing designs. The surfy style you are after will be released real soon. These wings have an amazing lift coificient. They plane up easily, are super stable and all speeds, recover from a cavitation situation without crashing, keep foiling even without any power...

Liquid Force compatible surf foil wing

I would really like to try kiting with a large surf foil. I currently have the 2017 Liquid Force rocket foil. Anyone know of any surf foils that are compatible with Liquid Force?

Thanks

Re: First foil - Slingshot hoverglide ?

If I was starting again, I would consider a surf foil such as the Takuma with a short mast. Should be easy to learn on and then can be kept and used in waves/surf foiling. You can get a more advanced foil for free riding.

Re: Slingshot Foot Hook vs NSI Foot Hooker

I have NSI Foot Hooker front and the old NSI Klingon back. For front, I like how I can press my foot under it to guide board for water start. Rear one is more something to press against, doesn't need much or any hook over top of toes. My only complaint is that the plastic base breaks pretty easy. I...

Re: Is it possible to kite a surf-foil?

That Jshapes Cruzer foil looks great. I wonder how it compares (size and feel for wave kiting) vs. the Takuma or something like the Lift 150?

Re: Chinese KB Hydrofoil : 300 USD + shipment

I don't know the answer to this dilemma - it's not unique to just our sport in any case. I guess you need to accept with a cheaper option you forgoe any warranty and support if you break or damage it. That is a lot of value and shouldn't be underestimated. I agree strongly with this. "James", this ...
