Re: Woo Sports Updates?

Thank you Aleks. You are awesome. I ordered Fossil sports watch only because of this thread (I have 0 interest in smart watches otherwise) and your app specifically. Also thanks to Deniska for suggesting that watch. Seems like a good deal for 99 EUR. I will definately start using it and will report ...

Re: Core nexus or xr6

I have (had) Nexus 7m and have XR6 8m/10m. Also tried Nexus 9m. In short - XR6 is user friendly high-jumping and hang time kite. Nexus is universal kite with more direct feel and more precision. Nexus will elevate you to 15-20% less height than XR6, but its better for looping overall and will be bet...

Re: Stupid things that always amaze me

Here some more examples ! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O-ByOuyxZhQ LMAO, the funniest thing in that video is her mispronunciation of Guillermo Pronunciation: gee-YAIR-moe gee - rhymes with "SEE" YAIR - pronounced as "AIR" with "Y" moe - rhymes with "TOE" ...certainly not Gil lair moe I guess you...

Re: GoPro Hero 8 about to release?

Hi guys. Just made a quick edit of my yesterdays winter session with GoPro max mounted on Ugo mount (it was a bit elevated with gopro 2 chains making 90 degree hand to make ugo mount take less of perspective). Next time I will place mount just close to the Y seperator, should be much nicer perspecti...

Re: CORE SENSOR 2 bar safety warning

Yes, thats a real issue with this design, so just check if its clammed or not before each session. I started doing it after I had a similar failed QR attempt.

Re: Skateboard wheel/truck for kiting

Never thought of using kite with skateboard, but this year I got hooked on carving boards. I tried Carver and then I did my own build, which is better than Carver, but also got more expensive.. This board feels like a surfboard on the street and you can pump it from 0 km/h to 16 km/h. You can...

Re: From which jumping height the heliloop is mandatory?

Heliloops are awesome when you get them work for you. I can give a very valuable tip for the starters that helped me a lot: When you are learning first heliloops remember: 1. After completing your trip to the zenith, you start to go down. Before you initiate your heliloop make sure that your bar is ...

Re: GoPro Hero 8 about to release?

Say whaat!? How is that horizon levelling magic done?? Go Pro 8 Max/Hero have automatic horizon leveling, but considering its 360 it can be done in post-processing anyway. But this is really cool, because you dont have to spend time on post.. Watch this one, pretty sick: https://www.youtube.com/wat...

Re: 15m Core GTS5 -review and weight?

I am GTS4 15m user for 2.5 years. I weight 82kg, so this kite covers me range from 11 to 20 knots. In the upper wind range it is pretty controllable, will not pull you up etc, so you can comfortably keep practicing those longer slides etc. It keeps in the air at 8 knots for sure. I can draw comparis...
