You can take a look at the new ozone amp and the fone wtf aswell. RPM also a kite to consider, its not as aggressive as a pure c-shape tho. Imho 2018 > 2019 rpm for slack and wakestyle riding, 2019 boosts better and feels abit more lively. It's also pretty stable in gusty conditions due to the bridl...

Really depends what kinda riding you want to do, generally speaking you will get the most use out of the 20" bar, especially as a beginner. The slingshot bars usually come with 20m + 3m extensions in 20".
Keep in mind that the kite will be more reactive/faster with a bigger bar.

Like everyone already said go for a good 4/3. Also most of the bigger companies have in-between sizes like LS/L/LT, the better it suits you the warmer you'll be. Tbh. the best thing you can do is contact your local dealer and ask to demo the kites, since characteristics like slack/turning speed vary depending on your bar/line setup. I found that the difference is minimal but it's definitely there. Even without riding the kite, just by looking at the changes ...
