The trick with Pu glue: It needs only few seconds of 100°C water . The Pu glue has a narrow temperature window. 90°C is often not enough, the time in the water is not important. If you wait to long, water Temperaturen goes down from 99° to 94°Pu glue is hard again.

The glue between the blanks must be cutable with the wire, so epoxy does not work

If you have two XPS blocks of the typical 125x60x10cm, it is possible to build some more rocker into it. With one blank i am not sure If you get 10cm Rocker, have a try to get as much rocker as you can. I built the table with the two existing Mdf wood guides i had from the got wireing job and made a...

Again, just change pigtails on the side of the kite bridels. Make sure they have same length.

Solution is much easier. The pigtails at the kite bridles can be changed! 5 min of work

The solution of the pic above: I would pull in the left stearingline(untwisted side) a few meters, to flag out the kite. With some luck the wind flattens-untwist the right side.
