My core concern is for all species.

Re: climate change / unpredictable weather/wind

Where is the skeptic community’s model or theory whereby CO2 does not affect the temperature? Where is the evidence of some other natural forcing, like the Milankovich cycles that controlled the ice ages (a fine historical example of a dramatic and regular climate cycle that can be read in the ice ...

Re: climate change / unpredictable weather/wind

‘An expert panel led by the former chief scientist Ian Chubb has warned ministers that controversial scientist Peter Ridd is misrepresenting robust science about the plight of the Great Barrier Reef, and compared his claims to the strategy used by the tobacco industry to raise doubt about the impac...

Re: climate change / unpredictable weather/wind

You remind me of Nelson. An undeniable truth that is not final? Funny. What have I denied? Lying again are we? Slide must be so proud. Finally found someone that agrees with him in that same odd aggressive way and then that person is a lier and lacks any sort of logic in his argumentation. Also I w...

The ocean absorbs about 90 percent of the excess heat produced as climate change warms the earth. https://earthsky.org/earth/study-oceans-absorbed-more-heat-questions. As a result coral reefs are dying, fish migration patterns are changing and the oceans are acidifying. Okay, so why did i find a vi...

Re: climate change / unpredictable weather/wind

There’s no argument about the science, so little use debating scientific facts. Recasting the issue as a matter of faith rather than reason lets you simply ignore the evidence. What facts, have you provided any scientific facts yet? All i seem to have seen is a lot of finger pointing and noise maki...

Re: climate change / unpredictable weather/wind

Brain fart... wondering if some clever nerd could come up with some kind of algorithm that contained a set of agreed upon rules with regards to debate/discussion such as 'no ad hominem's', 'no strawmans, 'provable facts only' or whatever and then somehow could apply it to this thread. Let it run thr...
