I had a similar problem last year, hurt whenever I pulled something (like opening a heavy drawer). Took about a month to pass and I'm an old guy.

The fusion is very bulky and restrictive. There are other options. I picked the dakine storm instead. Try on a few and you'll feel the difference.

WTF are you talking about??? The rules are a system to prevent collisions. They have nothing to do with morality. Read Shakespeare if that's what you're looking for. There's no such thing as a beginner board. The right board is suited for your wind and water conditions. If you're riding 5-15 kts, get a flat wide board. For 10-20, a "normal" board works. Go to the beach and see what other people are riding.
