I had a similar problem last year, hurt whenever I pulled something (like opening a heavy drawer). Took about a month to pass and I'm an old guy.

The fusion is very bulky and restrictive. There are other options. I picked the dakine storm instead. Try on a few and you'll feel the difference.

WTF are you talking about??? The rules are a system to prevent collisions. They have nothing to do with morality. Read Shakespeare if that's what you're looking for. Yes! That's how you find your "neutral position". Works the same for snowboarding too.

There's no such thing as a beginner board. The right board is suited for your wind and water conditions. If you're riding 5-15 kts, get a flat wide board. For 10-20, a "normal" board works. Go to the beach and see what other people are riding.
