Where exactly does it itch under your harness? I sometimes start itching after a couple hours where my harness is pressing the front of my ribs. But my guess is it has something to do with your harness cutting off circulation in the skin.

Seen plenty of stories, and some say it's sand, others say it's allergies, but just like with you, changing wetsuit doesn't always solve it.

I've experimented with it years ago, but never really found bridle settings (and frontline on C kite) to make a big difference. My Hyper V1 9m is put on the middle barpressure setting, because just like the V8 Edge (if I'm not mistaken) the wingtips can collapse a bit if there's not enough pressure....

Going from 3cm to 5cm fins made a difference on my Bulldozer for the grip in choppy conditions, but trying the 5cm carbon (injection) fins from my Raptor didn't make a difference after that.

Isn’t a ‘standard’ heliloop a forward loop?? After a big jump you'll go full downwind, so forward or backward don't apply. What matters is the kite position before the loop. Heliloops are done through 12. My guess is the topicstarter is looping the kite too fast so it ends up too much upwind again....
