I ride the mako pro it woks great in chop, I haven't had the chance to try the mako wide, planning to. Yes on most "good beaches" there is no room for buddy to show of his kite flying to beach goers, but if lets say a friend just bought a 12m kite and is pumping it up on beach with no pervious kite flying experience. if you buy a larger four line trainer it will be sick on snow, there's nothing like riding through a snow strom, doing over 60km/h on a 5m kite. I am looking to by a jimmy lewis model III board to go with my 12 and 16 C kites, my other board is a mako pro 135. I weight 190 pounds 85 kg will this make a good board in lighter winds? any advice.
