Re: Naish Universal Bar Lines Lengths and Setup - Please Help!!

I don’t have the original bar, I already have bars perfectly tuned and with the same length. I just want to know how much is the difference between them. Got it... I guess I didn't read your posts very well. Well, in that case, if the bridle and pig tails have not been touched, then play with the l...

Re: Naish Universal Bar Lines Lengths and Setup - Please Help!!

I've had many Naish Parks through the years, great kites. I still have a 2012 8m park that I use with a 2011 Naish Universal bar with 20m lines. (Happens to be the one in my current avatar) The universal bar is all four lines even. The power lines have a short center line (someone said 3m above). I ...

You did not forget to pack your kites. You decided at the last minute to dedicate more time to your wife and kids. Stick to the story.
+1 There's no such thing as 'I forgot...' It's a failed act. For some reason, you didn't want or didn't need to kite.

Re: top brand .. what does it mean? (about Duotone)

I keep my equipment very well ... I use them but I don't leave them in the sun, afraid of not keeping them warm in the car, I wash them and dry them every time. I do an average of thirty ride a year and after 12 years my old kitesband bars are in good condition... You shouldn’t wash the kites... Wh...

Re: Impact Vests in 2020/21 - A focus on rib protection

Liquid Force Supreme impact Vest. Very happy with it. It gives decent flotation as well. Feels very comfortable and it's designed to be used with a wait harness. You wear the vest first, then the harness. At the end of the session I can feel it rode up a bit, but I got used to it and it doesn't both...

Re: Wingfoil bags?

Old kite bags could work. My 2015 NorthTone Vegas bag extends into a sleeve that holds the kite with the struts inflated. I'm sure if you put a 'Want to Buy' ad someone will pull out something good.

Re: iKitesurf scammer

One year later... nothing changed much. Out of five people that I contacted in iKitesurf, three were clearly scammers. One did really well at copying a whole ad from eBay and replicate it in iKitesurf. But the the deal was local to me, so I asked to check out the kite in person and he bailed out. He...

Re: How To: Find a Slow leak on Wings or Kites

If you have a leak, you have to pull out the bladder anyways, I'd rather pull out the bladder and do the soapy water thing directly on the bladder.

Re: Hook Failure: has it ever happened?

Climbing harness have been always been tested and designed only around safety. I don't glide, but if I did, I wouldn't do it with a kiting harness. Just for the piece of mind.
