Re: Please help me find a slow leak!

If true, it could be many pinholes (most likely not 100, just the way air penetrate the front tube) - and you have to get a new bladder.... But the way to find them is the same, put the bladder in a tub and close with both hands leaving one 10-15 cm bladder in between, press hard and submerge on all...

Re: Please help me find a slow leak!

It is not a slow leak.... Its a big one ! If kite deforms in 5-10 minutes. A slow leak to me, is when the kite gets a bit soft after 2-3 hours riding. Anyways - they can be a PITA to find. Only way is to go out in no wind or offshore wind, pump the kite up dead hard, and push the fronttube under wat...

Re: Opinions on new kite size

You dont write what type of boards you ride? As you have big kites only, I assume it is not waveboards but twintips. BUT, as you ride in Ireland, which has the same and more wind and waves than Denmark, it will most likely only be a matter of time till you get out on waveboards. For average weights ...

Re: Should I change to full length mast?

The board is further away from the pivot point and that means that it slows down movements. Therefore it is actually more stable then a short mast. That doesn't sound right to me. Surely, the further you are away from the pivot point, the more amplified any movement you make is? Learning to foil is...

Re: Make a Chicken Loop from a Piece of Rope-Beach Craft

Read the first lines he wrote:

"If you are on the beach, the wind is blowing and your chicken loop is broken"

So not intended to be a permanent solution as I see it.

Re: Duotone Slick SLS Review

I have had the SLS in 4½ and 5½ m2 for a while now, loving these. Superlight (Platinum boom), really stable when in your hand surfing, LE seems strong and sturdy, pumps up really fast and nothing can twist not even the pump nozzle as close to the boom attachment (clever), you can grab the front of t...

Re: Does anyone just leave the bar connected?

downunder, I have no idea what you mean with "twisted lines"??? Do you mean the frontlines? I loop all the time, but dont get twisted frontlines over time. Always loop the other way(s), or if a single or double twist occur, I untwist them after having launched, or before landing. So doesnt matter wh...

Re: Should I change to full length mast?

Yes you should, ditch the 65 cm and go with the 90.
Transitions will be easier to learn with the longer mast.

Re: Does anyone just leave the bar connected?

Hahah nice one pullstrings :) I'm used to be in and out of the water in like 2 min and it really gets me annoyed if something happens and adds up on those 2 min :D :D Cool, so you also use single skin foil kites, yes they are so much faster than everything else to rig start land and pack :thumb: 8)...
