Re: concept air pulsion

You can't use any bar with foil kites. First, you need a single front line security. And second, not all security system are ok with foil kites. For example a Core Sensor2 bar does not work with the Pulsion because when you flag the kite there is still some residual pull in the kite. Best to try you...

Re: Who is an ambidextrous foiler?

I am as good or as bad on both side :) TT, surf or hydrofoil i feel no difference. Turning to toe side or heel side, riding toe side, jumping, wave catching, etc.... To be honest and strangely there is one move that i do only in one side and this is riding blind on a TT but since i only do HF now i ...

Re: What is your HF kite quiver?

Freeriding with my Shinn Jackson 145 and F wing 90cm mast

Little Cloud Pelican 13m: 7-12 knots
Core XR5 8m: 12-22 knots
Core GTS4 6m: 18-26 knots

I also use sometimes my XR5 11m but i prefer the 8m most of the time.

Re: Nigel no mates

At our local spot last year there was only one guys riding on foil. This is a spot where 90% of our riding days are below 15 knots. After many have seen the performance in 7-11knots from the guys foiling a few guys are now foiling this year. I think we are now at least 10+ foilers (and i am one of t...

Re: Lift introduces electric foil!

More infos this morning with a Q&A newsletter: How long does the battery last? The battery duration depends on the rider’s weight and speed. On average the ride time is one hour riding at 15 mph. The battery is easily interchangeable. What is the time to recharge the battery? 2.5 hours. Just plug it...

Re: North XRide vs Naish Momentum/Motion vs Shinn Monk

In the Shinn lineup my choice would be the Monk. I own both the Monk and Bronq and the Monk is a softer board. I often had severe knee pain in the past but I never ever had pain in my knees while riding the Monk. The Carved Imperator is a nice board but a much stiffer board compare to the Monk or ev...

Re: Core Sensor 2 bar + non-Core kite?

Only the Sensor2+ comes with 18m line set plus 2m and 4m extension sets so you can rig either 18-20-22-24m lines. The Sensor2 and the Pro bars comes standard with 24m lines.
