Great mag. I particularly liked the ability to "preview" the pages before choosing to access them when scrolling with the mouse over the page numbers.... Although I have broadband, the page upload could be a bit faster or upload more pages at the time (i.e. if I access the mag, all other pages would...

RickI, well written report. Very refreshing and insightful reading. I've been riding vor around 8 years, but still apreciate reading your reports as I'm sure I can learn something from them.

Thank you for putting in the effort. We all benefit from it.

SB2 has the lowest bottom end. I was dumb, but impressed after this happened to me... The other day I picked my 10m SB2 bag and went for a ride in 15 knots expecting the wind to pick up. Unfortunately the wind stayed pretty much the same the whole day +/- 1 or 2 knots. I could do 3-5 meter jumps and...

Dwight, It would be nice to wait and see before making some wild assumptions don't you think? It would be much more interesting to have a positive discussion about what riders may think about the concept of being able to put and remove pulleys... (which seams to be a key feature of the kite). Like s...

Totovich, you should be fine with a 12m. Have fun!!! Jumping basics are exaclty the same. Edge, send backwards, jump, send forward, spot landing and land... ... but the devil is in the detail. With C-kites you jump the highest by keeping the bar sheeted in while sending it. With bow kites you can ac...

I agree. Paracuru has flat water and enough space for 30-40 kiters. The lagoon in Cumbuco gets crowded once you have more than 15 kiters (which is not that rare)... In Paracuru you will also have little waves outside of the flat water section that you can use as ramps for jumps and tricks... Paracur...

Jimmmyck, I have used the 8m SB2 yesterday for the first time in about 20 knots. The kite is very similar to the 10m (AMAZING). As expected it does turn quicker than the 10, which will be even better for those riding in waves (with a surfboard). I'm 87kg and was able to ride comfortably up wind and ...

Henrik, given your weight and based on the fact that you have a Contra 14 I would definitely go for the 10m. Depending on the winds you ride in (e.g. if they're higher than 25knots) you could even consider the 8m (which would make the gap between the 14 a bit too big). So you can't go wrong with the...

Totovich,

I replied to your other post. Given the additional information in this post that the wind you ride is predominantly between 13-18 I would go with the 12m.
