Re: Flysurfer Peak 5 is here

Hi Oliver! My experience is totally different, with short lines none of my kites work well, it's like night and day, but what makes the difference is using the Race Ozone bar, if you know someone who will lend it to you you will see the difference even with my Airush Ultra I used this summer a stand...

Re: Flysurfer Peak 5 is here

This summer I was also experimenting with the peak4 13m, I think I beat everyone here in long lines, I tested it with 25m, 32m and 42m  if we add about 3 meters of bridles would be 45m! I was really surprised by the behavior, the ease of going out in onshore wind and save situations where a dou...

Early planning board recommendation

Which board would be recommended for early planning in 2021/22? 110 litres for gusty lake winds and also usable at sea. At the moment I see that they recommend Naish hover 5,10, Fanatic Sky wing 5,6 Gong Flint 5,6 Jp x wing.... This time I didn't want long boards because from experience the shorter ...

Re: Moses SABfoil

The new fuselage and mast base come with sacrificial anodes, would it be enough to put a zinc washer on the old fuselage to get the same results?

+20L is more then enough..
get faster foils, if its Gong you're getting then FluiD T's are fine when familiar with foiling
Is it Sabfoil w1100 fast enough? I don't want to struggle with advanced foils to start just want to get something similar to what w633 means in kitefoiling and stay thare.

Gong Mint

Has anyone tried the Gong Mint 5.0 or 5.2? 105 litres and 120 litres respectively would be my first board to start and progress.

I don't plan to stop kitefoiling, just sailing in places and winds difficult for kitefoiling. I weight 85kg.

Re: Why isn't there a huge single skin?

In answer to the OP, did not Slingshot make a 21.5 in the Machine range back in the day? I definitely remember the 17.5 was the smallest and there was a 19.5 and I seem to recall a 21.5. Pre Bow era 2005 or thereabout. The problem is logic, why make an inflatable built to water relaunch but used in...

Re: Recoating kite finished products?

I would like to know what products the new kites come with. I am always surprised by the contradiction of the human being, I see a lot of water sports people lately talking about ecologism, even capitalism, but they do their sport with plastic products, carcinogenic fibres like carbon and toxic prod...

Re: Why isn't there a huge single skin?

I finally pulled the trigger and bought a Peak4 13m a week ago. I was pleasantly surprised that it is not as slow as I thought and this is coming from someone who flies a 4m LEI kite with a 52cm bar, I think I have had kites much slower than the Peak. The first day I tried it was an extreme day, 5/6...
