I'd take a light stable no frills kite i.e. cheap Peter Lynn Venom II from 2006, size 13 (equal LEI 9m, 13-30kn), no pump required = 3kg climbing harness = 0.5kg minimized frankenbar with a simple beech wood stick and Qpower lines = 1.0kg rent board where possible bring a set of fins and screws, wax...
