Re: First attempt to sew loop on kiteline

If you also live in/near Amsterdam PM me. I suggest you drop by and I will stitch it for you with a wider zigzag.
Personally I use a combination of splice and stitch.

Re: North Dice Opinions

This is the thing, the Dice is comparable to the Catalyst 2015 which was Ozone school kite and that is all you need to know about the Dice :) although i think the Cat is still better than the Dice (faster turning, better upwind and Ozone feel is so much more smooth than North). The Enduro is not ev...

Re: WeTransfer presents Chapter One, the world’s first feature-length kiteboarding movie

But that is on snow.... I liked the footage, there is no storyline. @Palmbeacher; I had the same observation on Mr. Branson. Apparently he is the spokesperson for a group of prosperous world citizens that do not feel they their flying/driving/fuel consumption (and other consumption patterns) do have...

Re: North Trustbar 5th Element Setup for kids (short arms)

Consider the BRM release or shorten the chickenloop. Regular chickenloop does 'consume' too much of the kids armlength. With respect to kitesize vs. bodymass I use the relation as in the picture as a rule of thumb. Small kites are fast enough, you do not want to practise with the youngster in anythi...

Re: Belgian kiter (64) found dead after a night long search - Netherlands

Yeah but of your being dragged offshore by your kite would you a) stay hooked in and hope for rescue. you could be 30 miles out to sea before anyone knows your missing. B) ditch the kite and attempt to swim in? Which chance has the greatest success? I think i would roll with swim in rather than wai...

Re: Big rescue action at the Slufter Bay, Netherlands.

You find it acceptable to film a victim and let the whole world see his face? Give me a name of a "volunteer" from that organization who died. What was his name? no one ever died and you know it. Corbett follow the link below and you will find 69 names of volunteers that died during a rescue in the...
