Re: How to keep wax on a tuflite surfboard?

http://farm7.staticflickr.com/6240/6208730904_8ede7ba319_b.jpg For a slightly different option I've used NSI Clear Grip traction sheets. They stick on to the board really well and provide a textured surface that won't affect your board feel like an EVA pad would. You can add some wax to the Clear G...

Re: How many Sessions you have a year

Nice! Moving close to the wind seems to be the recipe. To that fellow that moved away from the wind.. you got to move back dude! Whenever I have someone asking me about learning kiteboarding I tell them not to bother unless they 1) live by a great kiting spot or 2) are willing to move. If you can't...

Re: Who else is pssed at buying wonky kites?

kites are really getting disposable goods, expensive but still disposable Disposable goods are things that are so cheap you use them and throw them away after a few uses then buy them again when you need them. I don't know anyone who does that with a kite that costs $1K+. If I get a tear or a leak ...

That pump is in the down/compressed position so you aren't bending over as much. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8184/8120512714_ecf5954a8e_b.jpg Combined with LF's huge valve ope...

Re: Who else is pssed at buying wonky kites?

I honestly dont believe that so many of you havent had kites that would pull slightly to one side  But I believe that most will never haved noticed, or/nor care 8) There is no man made product that's perfect. Everything has manufacturing variations in it. If they are below the point where mos...

Re: Who else is pssed at buying wonky kites?

I've had the follow #/brand of kites:

- 2 Blade
- 3 Naish
- 3 Liquid Force
- 3 Ocean Rodeo

I haven't had any defective ones nor have I had to trim the lines to account for a tendency to pull to one side.
