Windmaker, Since you spent a bit of time there you must have gone to Pichilemu, so comparing as a place to kite and for non kiters is Pichilemu a better place for non kiters to hang out? I am just learning waves so extreme (as in Matanzas) not necessary, and in research Matanzas seems a bit disolate...
