Cool thanks...

So you use the Vario...adjustable? How does the non vs adjustable feel are they still soft/flexable?

You use Vario front and back? I like the concept of two straps in the front. If my straps are tight enough to provide good hold I struggle with getting my front foot twisted enough.

It is a material matching and stitching issue.... I had it happen, second session on a 12M HP....no worries they replaced the kite.... There is a double zigzag type stitch over an addtional layer of cloth where the cuban and dacron overlap... I was told that they were changing construction method at...

Malleable straps?

What are some good malleable...twistable....straps on the market? I found straps that work well and haven't switched since. I don't like the feel of any of the adjustable straps that i have tried. The extra webbing over the foot makes them very rigid. I don't mind the extra effort of trying differen...

The first thing I ask somebody when approached seriously about kiting is do you swim?...are you confident in the water? If not...don't bother. I am amazed how many people want to kite and aren't strong in the water. Second is do you have time to dedicate to learning the sport? If not...don't bother....
