How are you profiling your honeycomb? What are you glueing them together with?
What are you using on your rails?
Are you vacuum bagging or just wet lay up?
I was thinking of using Nida core but can't profile that.

How do you determine fin location distance from tip distance from edge? Also what about Cant of fins towards outside? Has anyone been messing around with this?

I'm thinking about buying a fusion harness. What do people think of them? Are they true to size? I'm a 34" waist. Which is a lg but thinking of going xl 36-38" because of wetsuit.
I have a waist harness already but it bothers my back for long rideing sessions.

I e made the change on one bar I've got. And I f'n love it. Screw the below the bar trim. Above is just easer especially when you just think about leverage.
