UV does harm the foil some what, does not cure epoxy unless it is sun cure epoxy but you wouldn't want to make a foil out of it. Mike makes great product for sure. I know a couple of people that tested his foil and they said yes it is fast and stable . But I think elite riders will be the ones that get them with good sponsors. I personally think his prices are out of control. I know how much money goes into a full carbon foil...

I just use my sander that I use on carbon . pull the bag off mix up a nice paste and fill everything... Or I mix cabi and epoxy with a tiny bit of smoke tint and works great and sands nice billie I'm not even allowed in the house when sanding foils or carbon boards until I shower and wash all my clo...

1/3 surface area of front wing is a good starting point for most stab. until you really want to tune it. then 10% higher or lower anything over that you need to mess with the front wing profile

better off to pull the inserts out all together.. most like will never lock in after the repair and just cross bolt it when finished. also threads will be screwed after a impact like that.
