Windy warm places late Oct - Dec time

Hiya I'll be in Cape Hatteras (OBX) until early/mid Oct, and need to head to Cape Town, South Africa (CT) in Dec.... any ideas where it's warm n windy for me to go between OBX and CT but crucially easy/not expensive flight paths considering I need to get to CT? I think Brazil will be too complicated...

Shame Paracas doesn't look as great a resort to hang out though... But kiting comes 1st!

Ok thanks but I'll be in Peru anyway... Do you have other Peruvian resort suggestions for an early beginner at board start stage?

Just got this back from Peru kite camp... He sounds cool...Anyone tried them? OK Caroline--first thing--relax.This is kitesurfing --not heart surgery.Forget Paracas--boring,cold.Mancora is not flat but it is warm,fun,not crowded but also not ghost town.
