Thanks Bletti looks great.

The brummel step of your process, how difficult is that, is something you need to know how to do or not that difficult?

Re: New Switch Kites Helium3 only days away :-)

I'm hoping the H3 will be the Switch surf kite to go to from the E5, as the E6 is aimed more at TT & beginner's.

Re: Depower trow and trim customization

How much trim de-power you can add to this will depend upon the kite/bridle set-up. Anything more than when the back lines go slack enough to lose steering control seems useless. This ^^^ It may "seem" useless but have you tried it ? Might not be for everyone (especially newbies^^^) but suites my s...

Re: Depower trow and trim customization
Nice setup Topmick. Can't tell from the photo if your flag out safety line is integral a la BRM or separate and used with a leash.
No leash, it's a BRM copy - I've been using this for the last 3 seasons. Funny how you get used to things, as now I don't enjoy using bars with factory...

Re: Depower trow and trim customization

You can make the throw as long as you like but I can't see much point in going any thurther than your arms can reach. This is a pic of my bar, I added a stopper ball so that when I let go - I can just reach the bar.

Re: Knife - what to you think?

I've had my Eezycut for years and if there's wind I'll kite every day of the week and never lost mine (in the pouch with a Velcro fastener), so I can't imagine how you lost yours! :?: I just checked & the knife I lost was a Benchmade knife not Eezycut. :o It was a great knife but it started corrupt...

Re: FireWire Evo KiteSurfBoard

I'm 72kg & ride the 5'3 Evo & just use a smaller kite. Wow! 159lbs - and the 5'3" works well for you? In what conditions? Have you ridden a smaller Evo previously? I primarily got the 5'3 to paddle surf but after a while its become the only board I have used for kiting also. No, I have not ridden a...
