One kite i would reccommend is the star kite. can find out info at www.starkites.com i think thats the site. Really nice kites for learning but you wont grow out of them. Super easy to fly and relauch!

The 9m fuel is so fast that with a bigger bar you have too much leverage and the kite will be too twitchy. Ull find the small bar perfect. Kiteloops galore no problemo!
