I got a very good North one last year - approx €90 - took two boards, two kites and harnesses, has wheels but no backpack. Robust and well padded. Mine was 160cm but there is also a shorter (and cheaper) one available.

If the same rules apply as to sailing, then each should pass to the starboard (right side) of the other.
