Re: Calling Airstylers: going big on 18 Dyno 2011

Hey Westozzy,
No Prob what so ever! Just curious. There are a few Japanese guys here in Japan who are big fans of Airstyle and they all ride Chronos or Edges. Also as a heavier guy I love them. if under 90kgs then a lot of options open.

Re: Calling Airstylers: going big on 18 Dyno 2011

He said airstylers, not those that wanna jump big only. If we wanted to jump big sure a chrono or edge for sure. This is the confusion I read all the time. The edge is a poor airstylers kite and the chrono would be worse. I know I rode edges for a fair while. This is a distinction that needs to be ...

Re: Calling Airstylers: going big on 18 Dyno 2011

I'm 103Kgs and my choice is Chrono 18m up to 20 knots, then 2014 Edge 13m 20-30 knots and 9m over 30. Board 140 T5 for under 14 knots and Nobile 2HD 134cm for the higher winds. This combo got me boosting higher than any other setup to date. Rebels are great kites for sure but not as good for boostin...

I'm a big Nobile board fan and I have to second the "f* ugly" comment. NOBILE, if you need some help on the graphics PM me we'll get some great designs over to you at no charge!

Re: Chrono 15m kite review

Agree with all the last posts, even Pump Me Up though he is dramatic and you just preface his comments with his obvious agenda. In my handful of flights it is clear that this kite demands your respect and attention. I would be pretty hesitant to go out in and beach swell where you have to try to dr...

Re: Kiteboard for choppy water?

I love my T5, best board I ever owned. Maybe had for 4 years now. Maybe not a lot of rocker but rips upwind, tips flex well and super soft landings. I also use it in light winds. 100Kgs 140cm board. All my friends said it's their favourite board and one friend said it's a toss up between the T5 and ...

Re: Chrono 15m kite review

Okinawa I enjoyed all of your chrono videos aand if I rode in your conditions shallow flat water and twin tip I would absolutely own a chrono. As I said it is a GREAT kite especially for performance junkies unbelievable straight line performance and old school boosts. I also believe what Tone said ...

Re: Chrono 15m kite review

Here's my experience so far. Have had a good couple months on the Chrono 18m. 90% relaunch success if dropped in water and it was only because if you over fly the kite and the lines go slack then did a bow tie. Solution is make sure what ever tricks you do you either have them already perfected, or ...
