hmmm well I would think that instructors shouldn't use Dynabar right now in schools. Simply because it is not the standard. Schools need to teach on equipment that the user will most likely be using. A student learning on a regular spreader bar will be more adjustable to any spreader bar configurat...

Grind off the spreader bar hook, smooth to the spreader bar, and then, tie a thick spectra rope from one end of the bar to the other, passing the rope through the eye of your shackle. I just got my DB V3, and the first time I used it, it was awesome. Second time, the hook seemed to get caught in the center position, and didn't want to come out.
