I've been sitting on my new PNL185 for a few weeks now. Just haven't had a chance to try it. Primarily kite with GL210 and on the lighter days GL240. Pretty much gave up on the original GoFoil wing quiver. No idea if I'll like this new wing but I didn't think I would ever trade the Iwa for the GL210...
Have seen the video and/or pictures of someone doing it but can't find them now. Tried it a few times and the straps and shape of my boards make it almost impossible. Perhaps if I was WAY overpowered but it was just easier and safer to walk out until I could start. I think if the board was just a f...

Had an epic wing sesh about 5-6 months ago now. Really over used my arms and a week later I developed golfers AND tennis elbow. I'm still recovering. Definitely should have used a harness but the whole idea behind it was to simplify.
For me it’s simple, because Peak 4’s with large foils opened up conditions that I have never thought would be possible AND this much fun. If I lived somewhere with different wind conditions, I would probably have a different view on “the best kite” for the location.
Hopefully they fixed this thing. I have the Crosswing X2 in 5m, it's a turd. The wing's not stable in light or high winds if flying with one hand. Whether on the front loop or the front handle, it just constantly pivots/moves left and right for some reason. I knew it always felt unstable but then I ...
The damage isn’t in the standing or foil area and doesn’t take a lot of load. Cut it out, dry it, fill it with some hard urethane foam and cover with some glass. Check the following link for more repair ideas: https://boardlady.com/
I’m riding a GL240, GL210 and M280 with a 6m Peak 4. I can ride in LIGHT wind. Though I don’t use the M280 as much anymore. The thinner wings have better glide once going but the thick wing can ride much slower.
From my experience with a few different kite line mounts and looping, there's always a chance a line will catch. Loop your kite and look at where the lines cross and try to put it above that but there will still be a chance if the lines slack. Luckily every time I've had one catch the kite would sti...
