Re: Flysurfer Peak 4

Nice. Here a Video of me with the PEAK 4 13 at the Maldives. The Peak 4 13 was my session saver. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjhvcJq3omo Armin, What do you think was the wind speed at those sessions and for which condition you’d pick 11m vs 13m? Armin wrote earlier " I used the LEVITAZ SHAKA L....

Re: Anyone know any details on the new upcoming foil from Flysurfer?

I think the current sizes are great expect for the 9m and then 6m. I think that is too large of a gap, I would prefer a 7m and 5m or a 7.5m and 6m, something like that. I realize that they do not sell a ton of the small kites, but going from a 6m to a 9m is a big step. Now with foil boards, you don...

Re: South East Asia - Questions

Hey mates, I am planing a trip with my gear to South East Asia this December-March, destinations: Mui ne(Vietnam), Boracay(Phillipines) and Hua hin(Thailand). I have a few questions for the experts: 1. I am planing to go solo, are those destinations friendly for the solo traveller? 2. what will be ...

Re: Introducing BbTalkin - Waterproof Communication Device

I used it 1 year ago and it was terrible, lost connection when the other unit was only 200-300m (line of sight over water) away and to get the communication up again you have to synchronise both units together again by pressing different keys in right order and right amount of time to pair the Bluet...

Re: Boracay end of the March what about the wind?

The wind is normally on but will usually drop down after lunch. 12m kite is pretty small, you could expect about 15kts in the mornings. Not sure if you can get any info from the weather stations history, would be cool if it was possible to do your own search quires, here is the link to the 365 days ...

Re: 'Habagat' seaon in the Philippines

Not sure about any kite spots in south of Cebu, if there is a Beach then you can most likely kite. Habagat is often windy when a low pressure weather arrives or Typhoons (also low pressure) and it brings rain. When a rain shower passing by the wind can often go from 15kts to 30kts in less then a min...
