Richieski, As mentioned already, if you sheet out when the kite launches you will not pressurize the kite quickly. Ensure you use the brake handle to keep the kite deep in the window and the kite will fill fast. If your kite is not pressured when it reaches 12, no big deal... just grab a bit of brak...

Skiddeeppow, if you are having problems inflating and deflating the wasp center strut, it could be that you have a kink (sharp bend) in the hose connecting the strut. Other than that inflating and deflating (rolling center strut to deflate) should be straight forward.
