Here's a review on the full production Nova that shows some more details on the wing.

Re: Ozone leading edge bladder failures?

I am on my 4th leading edge bladder on a Enduro V2, at over £100 ($130) with postage each replacement, this is a very expensive kite. Has anyone tried a different brand of leading edge bladder for their Ozone kites? I have the problem mentioned in this thread of micro holes that are caused by sand /...

Re: Ozone leading edge bladder failures?

I have learnt the hard and expensive lesson with Ozone. It's pretty pointless having a great kite, if you can't use it because of bladder problems.

Ozone are missing a point of difference for marketing, coming from a paragliding background, where I would imagine equipment quality is critical.

Do expensive wetsuits last longer?

Does the material on more expensive wetsuits last longer? I normally buy a $100 / €80 shorty wetsuit, which I use approximately 3 times a week for 6 months of the year. I rinse and dry the suit after every use. After 1 or 2 years the neoprene on the shoulders always wears thins and turns into holes....

Re: Ozone Enduro - user opinions

Sorry for your troubles. I'm wondering how easy it is to pull a leading edge bladder through a kite with such a sharp turn at the wing tip? On the bright side, no trouble finding the leak on this one! It is fairly easy after a few attempts, I've become an expert with a bit of talcum powder

Re: Ozone Enduro - user opinions

The leading edge bladder on my V1 Enduro 7m exploded last week, luckily I was on the beach. The leading edge bladder was replaced a year ago because of pin holes from sand / salt. This hole was in the leading edge bladder, at the elbow near the wing tip. On the leading edge bladder the whole area at...

Re: Ozone leading edge bladder failures?

We are reacting to any kite with this issue by shipping new bladders from our factory to the shop, school or distributor where the kites were bought. If it is the latter then take the kite to the shop where you bought it and the warranty will be dealt with very quickly by us, we are on it with cust...

Re: canary island-october?

I've spent a lot of time in both El Medano/ Tenerife and Fuerteventura and agree with Dirk's post. I would take your kit, although you might not use it. The issue with El Medano Tenerife is the poor sea water quality. Just downwind of the kitesurfing beach there are often items that get flushed down...

Re: Ozone Enduro V3 Release Date ?

Suggestion for improvement : provide the V3 Enduro with thicker / stronger LE bladder. I'm having a lot of vague small leaks in my V1 9- and 12 Enduro. It's now come to a point where I've been offered 2 New V2 Enduro's (for a reasonable price), but who's to say these will last? I practically only k...

Re: switch kite alternatives

In 2018 I've picked up a 1st gen Enduro 12m. Flew great initially, very close to the original C4 – albeit – with higher bar pressure. But then with time it developed some issues: -These damn webbing strut reinforcements – they do shrink from UV exposure - hence shrinking and cork-screwing the strut...
