i've been kiting steady, year round for almost 3 years. When I started, I weighed about 229lbs...I now weigh between 200lbs and 205lbs depending on how many beers I had that day. I'm 47 and have abs again. I am usually pleasantly exhausted after a day of kiting... so Yes, kiting is great exercise!! ...

Kudos to TKS !!! Shows you that they are professional and care about the kite community. I personally have only dealt with TKS a couple times and it was always a great experience.

I rode a friends Cloud 17m the other day in 10-12mph. I'm 205lbs and i was on a door. First impressions: It did flutter a bit, but that was expected with a strutless kite and light wind. definitely had enough power to not have to go downwind, i could pretty much get back to where I started. I flew the the EVO, not a bad kite. But for all around big boosts and quick response i ended up getting a Bandit 6 quiver. I'm 200lbs, and i got a 12m and 9m, i change boards from my shinn monk to a strapless surfboard. Love my bandits!!!
