Re: Whiteout SnowkiteDVD out soon - Trailer out now!

Man, those one piece snowsuits are a jump back to the 1980's. Good action!

Re: winter clothes

I've always used Oakley snow gear which has a system of snaps and gaters which attaches the jacket and the pants. Jacket never rides up and pants never ride down.

I second the opinion on the mits.

Re: Ocean Rodeo Predator

Two days ago I used my Predator in air temps of 2 degrees celcius with a wind chill of -5 and was super toasty. In fact, after multiple trips into the water head first my hair was still dry. I only got cold when I changed into normal street clothes to pack up. Little uninspiring video attached Brad ...

Re: Ocean Rodeo raises the bar to a whole new level

I have been using an OR bar for a couple of seasons which doesn't have a centre line through the bar quick release. It does have a thing attached to one of the centre lines which you simply reach up and grab when you want to flag the kite out. I've done it tons of times. If you have already released...

Re: Ocean Rodeo Predator

I've used the predator drysuit in water temps from 2 degrees to 17 degrees in perfect comfort. I got it this spring and have used it multiple times- in fact it has been the only suit that I have worn. My old suits were the original Pyro, and before that an O'Neil Drysuit, Neile Pryde 4000 series, an...

Re: Cool Race Picture

The watermark is so distracting you can't even see the picture. Why post on this forum if you afraid someone will copy or use your precious photo for their own gain.

Nothing wrong with identifying the photographer as in Toby's photo.

Re: Pro Damien LeRoy Kiteboarding in 7mph Video!

To me this is more about the board. Creating speed to use the apparant wind. It appears that if a kite can stay in the air, you can plane on the correct board.

I'm no Damien LeRoy though!

Re: Kite Control in Long Beach, NYbroke my kite and won't fi

I was showing a customer how to rig, launch and land his kite which he recently purchased through me. While moving my car I accidently ran over his brand new board breaking off a fin. I immediately got on the phone and ordered another board and had it shipped overnight. I could have simply said that...
